Product Returns at TAINTLESS ATH .
You may return items at our expense if:
1. The wrong item was shipped (error in order, size, color, etc.)
2. The product was defective, damaged during shipping, or of poor quality
In such cases, you may:
- Refuse delivery, or
- Request a return and refund
- Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Request must be made within 7 calendar days from delivery
- Product Returns at Customer’s Expense
If you wish to return an item for any other reason (e.g. wrong size, change of mind):
- Products must be returned in the exact condition received
- No signs of wear, removed tags, or damaged packaging
The cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer.
- Refunds
Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, based on your request.
- Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Final Sale items
- Personalized products (custom prints or requests)
- Items showing signs of wear or not in sellable condition
- How to Request a Return
Send an email to contact@taintlesswear.com including:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
You will receive return instructions within 1–2 business days.
